Congressional Campaign: Campaign Manager - Central VirginiaThis is a full-time position based in Charlottesville, VA.Responsibilities:Oversee all aspects of the campaign from its early stages through Election Day. This may include taking on roles not typically assigned to a Campaign Manager, especially before a full team is in place.

Responsibilities may include staffing the candidate at events, fundraising, communications and press, as well as field operations and canvassing.Oversee the overall strategy of the campaign and manage any additional hired staff.Coordinate and manage the team of consultants to ensure alignment with campaign goals.Manage the candidate's time and scheduling to align with strategic goals.Build and manage the campaign budget.Other duties as assigned.Qualifications:At least two campaign cycles of experience; management experience preferred.Experience managing a budget.Excellent attention to detail.Strong interpersonal skills and a positive, thoughtful attitude.Ability to communicate clearly and proactively.Job Details:Location: Charlottesville, VAStart Date: As soon as possible
