Leading a team in a full-time capacity, the Configuration Team Lead will manage open issues, develop reports for data analysis, and oversee software releases while working remotely from anywhere in the US. Key responsibilities Identify, manage, and document the status of open issues and develop reports to address departmental gaps Serve as a liaison between IT and business areas to translate IT specifications and define business requirements Lead the development and execution of test plans for benefit designs and system enhancements Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field Three years of experience as a Configuration Analyst using Facets in the healthcare industry Experience in planning and implementing software releases, including testing and training Proficiency in analyzing and documenting system effectiveness and efficiency Ability to conduct preliminary studies to define needs and assess system design feasibility
