Configuration Support AnalystThe Configuration Support Analyst configures solution-related service requests and supports application maintenance within the Support Services organization.
The role is responsible for requirements gathering, system configuration, workflow validation, execution of change management processes, and consultation on solution build standards across supported applications.Duties and ResponsibilitiesProvide Level 2 customer support for technical and functional issues via phone and electronic channelsConduct scope assessment, gather requirements, and configure application solutionsExecute change management procedures and validate configuration accuracy through workflow testingTroubleshoot software defects, for ongoing support activities post-implementationDeliver consultation on best practices and configuration standards across solutionsCollaborate with internal stakeholders and participate in structured service delivery processesMinimum QualificationsTwo to four (2–4) years of client-facing or customer support experienceTwo (2) years supporting software applicationsAssociate's degree, bachelor's degree, or relevant technical training preferredDemonstrated prioritization, analytical thinking, and complex problem-solving abilityPreferred QualificationsClinical or healthcare information technology experience, including Cerner or Oracle HealthExperience with CCL, SQL, or related query languagesDisclaimer:Certain U.S. based or U.S. customer or client-facing roles may be required to comply with applicable requirements, such as immunization/occupational health mandates, and/or drug testing requirements.
