Configuration ManagerOdyssey Systems has an exciting opportunity for a Configuration Manager supporting the Air Force Life Cycle Management Center (AFLCMC/HBA) at Hanscom Air Force Base, MA. In this role, you will provide Configuration Management (CM), Quality Assurance (QA), requirements analysis, risk management, and software engineering support in accordance with program Configuration Management Plans, Air Force SEAM processes, and PMO practices. This is a full-time position located at Hanscom AFB, MA.

Responsibilities duties and responsibilities include but not limited to:Manage configuration of program artifacts including product baselines, software, engineering documentation, and design drawingsMaintain configuration identification, change control, and status accounting processesManage CM libraries, repositories, and data environmentsSupport and participate in Configuration Control Boards (CCBs)Track, document, and manage change requests, approved changes, and discrepancy reportsConduct and support Physical and Functional Configuration Audits (PCA/FCA)Review contractor CM programs for complianceMaintain audit records, findings, and corrective actionsArchive acquisition and program documentationSupport configuration planning, workflows, and process developmentCollaborate with program management, systems engineering, and quality teams within IPTsSupport major program events including TIMs, PDRs, CDRs, CCBs, and contract activitiesEnsure configuration traceability and integrity across program baselinesQualifications Citizenship: Must be a US citizen Minimum Required Qualifications Clearance: Must have and be able to maintain an active Secret security clearance Education: Years of Experience: Bachelor's Degree in a related field and at least 3 years of experience in the respective technical / professional discipline being performed, 3 of which must be in the DoD OR, 7 years of directly related experience, 5 of which must be in the DoD.Configuration management tools (inventory, version control, data management systems)Configuration change control processes and baseline managementCM reporting and release documentation using Microsoft Office toolsDatabase systems (e.g., Lifecycle Management Process tools, SharePoint)Interpersonal Skills Ability to work in an integrated product team (IPT) environment Strong coordination and collaboration skills across functional teams Effective communication skills for documentation, reporting, and briefingsLocation: Hanscom AFB, MA Travel: May be required at the customer discretion Company Overview Odyssey Systems is a world-class technical, engineering, and integration company serving the warfighting ecosystem with airborne integration, ISR, C2, and warfighter readiness capabilities.
