To ensure accurate and efficient client setups, the full-time remote Configuration Analyst will manage benefit configurations, validate claims readiness, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to support operational stability. Key responsibilities Configure and validate client benefit setups, including Benefit Orders and Member Health Plans Ensure clients are prepared for go-live by validating claims processing readiness and performing post-go-live audits Collaborate with Onboarding and Solutions Managers to execute technical components of client onboarding and changes Required qualifications Experience in system configuration, operations, implementation, or system support roles Strong attention to detail with the ability to execute complex setup requirements accurately Comfortable working across multiple systems and tools in a fast-paced environment Ability to manage multiple workstreams and prioritize effectively Authorization to work in the United States without the need for sponsorship
