Serving as a subject matter expert, the full-time Configuration Analyst will design and maintain software systems, including online booking and meeting tools, while collaborating with clients and internal teams to ensure accurate implementation and optimization of services. Key responsibilities Configure and customize software systems for new accounts and changes, ensuring quality and accuracy in client implementations Analyze product design changes to enhance user experience and prioritize configuration administration workload Act as a liaison between management, development, and customers, providing training and support as needed Required qualifications Bachelor's Degree in business or related field or equivalent experience At least 3 years of travel industry experience, preferably in travel management or technology 5+ years of experience with Concur and Sabre; 2+ years with Deem, Cytric, and GetThere Experience with Cvent and mobile products preferred; certifications in Cvent configuration a plus Proficiency in writing PNR Editor strings and experience with issue tracking systems like Jira
