Description: Overview: We are seeking to fill a temporary role for an onsite Construction Superintendent. Our company is in the process of re-paving a parking lot and roadways. We are needing to hire someone who can will be available for the entire duration of the project ,we anticipate on-site work to take about a month. You will also need to attend a pre-construction meeting you will be compensated for. You will not be performing the actual construction work, you will be overseeing it being performed and ensuring quality control.
Duties:
-Ensure that the crew onsite is completing the project as required in the Plans and Specs
-Supervise the work and convey any concerns to the on-site crew
-Complete Daily Quality Control reports if necessary
-Be the Company's liaison to convey any questions or necessary information to the Client's inspector
