**NOW HIRING PRECAST PATCHER / CLEANER**
**Pay:** $18 $22/hr
**Schedule:** Monday Saturday
**Hours:** 6:00 AM 5:00 PM

We are looking for a dependable **Precast Patcher/Cleaner** to join our team! This position is responsible for repairing, detailing, and cleaning precast concrete products before they are staged in the yard or shipped out.
### What You’ll Be Doing:
️ Patch surface imperfections (chips, voids, honeycombing, bugholes, form marks)
️ Grind, smooth, and match concrete textures and finishes
️ Mix patch materials and apply finishes properly
️ Clean products using grinders, wire brushes, air tools, and pressure washers
️ Inspect products to ensure they meet quality standards
️ Maintain a clean and organized work area
### What We’re Looking For:
**Bilingual English/Spanish REQUIRED**
Experience in concrete finishing, patching, or construction
Ability to use hand and power tools safely
Strong attention to detail
Comfortable working indoors & outdoors in various weather
Reliable with strong teamwork skills
