If you've been looking for a company that's willing to invest in your long-term success—not just your ability to run jobs—this opportunity is different.Compensation & BenefitsBase Salary: $95,000-$100,000Performance Bonus: $10,000-$20,000Long-Term Earning Potential: $120,000-$140,000+Company truckFuel providedCompany phonePaid vacation and holidaysPaid lodging when overnight travel is required$75 daily per diem while travelingOngoing leadership coaching and development throughout your first yearOpportunity to play a significant role in the company's long-term growth, with the potential for increasing leadership responsibilities as the business continues to growWhat You'll Be DoingYou'll serve as the company's senior field operations leader, overseeing multiple concrete projects while ensuring every job is completed safely, efficiently, on schedule, and to the company's high standards.Your responsibilities will include:Leading multiple active projectsManaging and developing Foremen and field crewsCreating and communicating weekly work schedulesCoordinating manpower, equipment, materials, and subcontractorsMonitoring labor productivity and job costsMaintaining exceptional quality and safety standardsServing as the primary field contact for customersSolving problems before they become delaysDeveloping future Foremen and crew leadersImproving the systems and processes that will allow the company to continue growingWithin your first few months, you'll be trusted to independently manage projects, strengthen customer relationships, improve communication between the office and the field, and reduce the owner's day-to-day involvement in field operations.Who We're Looking ForWe're looking for someone who's earned the respect of their crews—not because of their title, but because of how they lead.The ideal candidate will have:Experience leading concrete construction crews and multiple projectsStrong planning, scheduling, and organizational skillsA hands-on leadership styleThe ability to build trust with employees and customers alikeExperience coordinating labor, equipment, and materialsA passion for mentoring and developing future leadersA stable work history with increasing leadership responsibilityA genuine desire to help build a company—not simply work for oneBilingual Communication Is RequiredFluency in both English and Spanish is required.You'll communicate daily with both English- and Spanish-speaking employees.

Overnight travel is required when projects are outside the local area.
