- Key Responsibilities:
- Place, spread, and finish concrete surfaces to exact specifications.
- Perform control joint cutting and edge finishing.
- Ensure smooth, even surface texture, proper slope, and correct grade.
- Support trench restoration and flatwork replacement.
- Maintain a clean, safe jobsite and strictly follow PPE/safety requirements.
- Qualifications:
- 3+ years of concrete finishing experience.
- Exceptional attention to detail and craftsmanship.
- Proficient with both hand and power finishing tools.
- Knowledge of proper curing methods and surface preparation.
- Ability to work in fast-paced, outdoor environments.
- Reliable and ownership-driven.
- Valid driver's license preferred.
