About the Position
Hard Rock Concrete Cutting is seeking motivated, dependable individuals to join our team as Concrete Cutting Assistant Operators. Previous construction experience is , and experience in heavy construction is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Assist operators with concrete cutting, core drilling, demolition, and related construction activities
- Load, unload, and maintain equipment and job site materials
- Follow all company safety procedures and OSHA regulations
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
- Travel to various job sites as needed
- Assist with equipment setup, cleanup, and material removal
- Work effectively as part of a team to complete projects safely and efficiently
Qualifications
- Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented
- Construction experience ; heavy construction experience is a plus
- Valid driver's license with a good driving record
- Ability to perform physically demanding work and lift heavy materials
- Flexible schedule, including occasional nights and weekends
- Safety-focused mindset
- Good communication and problem-solving skills
- Must be at least 18 years old and legally authorized to work in the United States
