Skylight is seeking a Concierge Team Lead to manage day-to-day operations and quality across our Concierge team. You will oversee coverage for phone, chat, and email, coach Agents, and partner with the Supervisor to drive high-quality customer experiences.
The role requires leading by example and stepping in for escalations when needed. You will stay current on Calendar product updates and onboarding, train new hires, and support peak seasons and pilots.
