Concierge Primary Care Physician in PA offering an exceptional opportunity

Overview

This is an exceptional opportunity for an experienced primary care physician or a medicine sub-specialist open to some primary care who wants to practice medicine with more time, autonomy, and purpose. This established, 4-physician group offers a membership-based model built around long-term patient relationships, personalized treatment plans, and proactive wellness.

Responsibilities / Opportunity

• $300,000 base salary plus incentive for panel over 200 patients
• Manageable concierge panel, with a target of approximately 200 patients for base compensation with opportunity for 400+ patient panel
• 4 clinical days per week, plus a dedicated remote/off-site administrative day
• Outpatient-only practice, with no hospital responsibilities
• Longer appointment times

Ideal Candidate / Qualifications

• MD or DO; board-certified in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine
• Active state medical license or eligibility for licensure
• Experience in concierge, direct primary care, functional, integrative, preventive, lifestyle, executive health, or longevity medicine
• Strong bedside manner, responsiveness, clinical curiosity, and desire to build trust with engaged patients
