Concierge PositionWe are seeking a professional, dependable, and customer-focused Concierge to support our Service Department by assisting with customer vehicle pick-up and delivery, answering phones, and ensuring an exceptional customer experience. This role is essential in representing our company through safe driving practices, strong communication, and outstanding service.Key ResponsibilitiesThe Concierge is responsible for the following duties:Answering incoming phone calls professionally and directing calls as neededPicking up and delivering customer vehicles in a timely and efficient mannerGreeting customers in a friendly, professional manner during vehicle pick-up and deliveryUsing extreme caution and safe driving practices when operating customer vehiclesInspecting and documenting any visible body damage on vehicles prior to transportCommunicating customer concerns, requests, or service-related needs to the Concierge ManagerMaintaining a high level of professionalism and customer service at all timesCompleting vehicle pick-up/delivery documentation accurately and consistentlyQualifications & RequirementsValid driver's license with an acceptable driving recordStrong customer service and communication skillsProfessional appearance and positive attitudeAbility to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy and safetyDependable attendance and punctuality requiredAbility to follow company policies and safety procedures at all timesOur Core ValuesAt our company, we believe culture drives success.
