Concierge In-Home Physical TherapistEmployment Type: Full-timeReports To: Clinical Director (DPT)About the RoleWe are seeking a motivated and compassionate Physical Therapist to provide in-home outpatient (OP) therapy services to adults across a variety of clinical presentations. This role is ideal for clinicians who value autonomy, flexibility, and meaningful one-on-one patient care—without the high-volume, VNA-style documentation workload.You will evaluate, design, and implement individualized treatment plans aimed at improving mobility, relieving pain, enhancing function, and preventing disability.
