Mount Sinai Solutions is seeking a Concierge Pediatrician for its East 60th Street practice. This role involves providing concierge-level primary and preventive care to children of all ages, both at a next-generation health center on the East side of Manhattan and in patients' homes. The focus is on delivering exceptional white-glove patient care and experience to a dedicated panel of member/patients, including families, with an emphasis on patient satisfaction over productivity metrics.

  • Clinical performance evaluated based on patient satisfaction, with longer appointments and coordinated follow-up care

Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional primary pediatric care
  • Deliver primary care to children through traditional face-to-face visits and non-visit-based interactions (e.g., phone, digital messaging, and video chat) to a physician-specific population of practice members, including children from birth to age 18
  • Use outstanding communication skills to assist patients and families in understanding diagnostic tests and treatments, navigate all aspects of care, and facilitate patient and family preparation for specialty medical appointments
  • Initiate timely referrals to specialty services and ensure close, regular bi-directional communication with specialists to promote continuity of care
  • Provide concierge-level service at all times, with availability by phone to a dedicated patient panel and advocacy for patients within the broader health care system
  • Carry out other appropriate professional duties when necessary, including liaison with outside medical consultants, hospitalists, and emergency room providers to ensure appropriateness, timeliness and continuity of care and an excellent patient experience
  • Partner effectively with health center staff in all aspects of patient care

Compensation

  • Compensation range from $225,000 to $325,000 (not including bonuses / incentive compensation or benefits)
  • The salary range listed is for full-time employment and does not include bonuses / incentive compensation or benefits

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years' experience managing a continuity panel of pediatric patients
  • Medical Degree (MD) from an Accredited University
  • New York Medical License or eligibility for license
  • Board Certified in Pediatrics
