Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist residents, guests, and visitors professionally.
- Manage front desk operations, phone calls, and resident inquiries.
- Monitor building access and security systems.
- Coordinate package deliveries and service requests.
- Communicate with building management and maintenance teams.
- Maintain accurate daily logs and a welcoming lobby environment.
- Respond promptly and professionally to resident needs and concerns.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of customer service experience.
- Luxury residential, concierge, or hospitality experience preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Professional appearance and strong customer service skills.
- Reliable, organized, and comfortable multitasking.
