Concierge Lead, Guest ServicesWe are seeking a passionate and experienced Concierge Lead to join the VIP Guest Services team. The Concierge Lead will manage the end-to-end trip planning process for a select group of high-profile guests, creating highly customized, once-in-a-lifetime travel experiences.Location: San Francisco, CA (Remote) Duration: 12+ month contract (with possible extension) Hours: 40 hours/week Hours: 8 hours/day Start Date: Targeting Sep 2026 Pay Rate: $75/hr. on W2 Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision.Responsibilities:Research, design, and create customized small-group and private travel experiences.Source luxury homes, accommodations, experiences, and travel services.Lead, coach, and inspire a team of Concierge Specialists.Build trusted relationships with VIP guests and understand their personal travel preferences.Create bespoke itineraries aligned with guest expectations and company goals.Manage trip arrangements from initial inquiry through booking, travel, and post-trip follow-up.Coordinate with guests, travel coordinators, luxury homeowners, realtors, and travel suppliers.Provide personalized, discreet, and confidential guest services.Handle last-minute changes, travel issues, and emergencies.Establish relationships with luxury travel and experience vendors.Negotiate favourable rates, services, and amenities while maintaining guest budgets.Meet or exceed sales and service performance goals.Qualifications:10+ years of luxury travel experience preferred.Proven experience designing and selling tailor-made or bespoke itineraries.Experience with small-group and private travel.Strong global travel destination knowledge.Experience working with discerning or high-profile clientele.5+ years of team management experience preferred.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Strong organizational, prioritization, multitasking, and follow-up skills.Strong sales, relationship management, and negotiation abilities.Professional demeanor, maturity, and strong business acumen.Ability to work in a fast-paced and flexible environment.Ability to work flexible schedules, including weekends.BA/BS in Business Administration, Hospitality, Tourism, or a related field preferred.
