Concierge Internal & Functional Medicine Physician
Location: Clearwater, Florida — Full-Time, On-Site
Compensation: $300,000 base salary, depending on qualifications, plus quality-based performance bonus
Benefits: Full package — medical/dental, 401(k) match, paid malpractice, CME, license/DEA reimbursement
Schedule: 8:30am to 4:30pm Monday through Friday, no after-hours call, no weekend call, no hospital work
Patient Panel: Maximum 300 patients per physician, 5 visits per day
Practice Model: Physician-led concierge Internal & Functional Medicine — cash-based only
Clinical Focus: Internal Medicine, Functional Medicine, Prevention, Medicine 3.0
Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive concierge primary care for a curated patient panel
- Deliver personalized, preventive, Medicine 3.0 longevity-focused care
- Integrate Internal and Functional Medicine principles into individualized treatment plans
- Interpret advanced laboratory and diagnostic testing across a range of medical technology platforms
- Coordinate care with specialists and multidisciplinary partners
- Build trusted, long-term relationships with patients and their families
- Work full-time, on-site, with no on-call responsibilities
Qualifications
- Board Certified in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine (MD/DO)
- Active Florida medical licensure and DEA registration
- Interest in Functional Medicine; FM certification is a plus
- Experience in concierge medicine is a plus
- Minimum 2–3 years of clinical experience
- Outstanding clinical judgment and communication skills
