This role is a great fit for someone who enjoys helping others, staying organized, and being a trusted point of contact in a senior living environment.What You'll Get to DoServe as a welcoming point of contact for residents, visitors, vendors, and team membersAssist residents with personalized services and daily needsManage incoming calls, visitors, and outside vendorsSupport the Administrator and Marketing team with clerical and office management tasksMaintain the shift Daily Activity LogMonitor security cameras and complete security checks throughout common areasComplete spa end-of-day checklist responsibilitiesAssist with trash removal, laundry, and light housekeeping support as neededHelp keep the lobby, administrative areas, and theater clean and organizedSupport Assisted Living, Memory Care, Environmental Services, and other departments as neededAssist with setup and takedown of meeting rooms and Highlands HallWhat We're Looking ForHigh school diploma or equivalent requiredAt least one year of administrative office experience preferredKnowledge of Microsoft Windows and Microsoft OfficePost-high school training or degree with a business emphasis preferredStrong customer service, communication, and organizational skillsAbility to stay calm, flexible, and professional in stressful situationsStrong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environmentAbility to speak, read, and write EnglishAbility to lift up to 35 pounds and perform repetitive sitting, bending, and standing movementsComfort using technology and resources efficientlyAbility to follow infection control standards, policies, and proceduresSTAR mentality: Selfless, Tough, Accountable, RespectfulWhy Hillcrest?Hillcrest Health & Living offers a supportive team environment where your work matters.
