With a year-round Garden Terrace, flagship Aman Spa and spacious suites all among the largest in the city.RoleThe Concierge will assist guests with a wide scope of services and will also act as a liaison between the guest and other departments within the hotel.This position has an hourly compensation rate of $38.95 per hour.ResponsibilitiesAssist guests with requests including restaurant reservations, theater tickets, and limousine arrangements.Provide accurate directions and local recommendations.Respond to guest inquiries via desk, phone, text, or email.Ensure timely and professional handling of guest confirmations, packages, flowers, and mail.Maintain an accurate and high-quality database of guest profiles and preferences.Ensure all guest interactions are properly documented to support personalized service.Provide quality and genuine service by responding to guests and team members promptly, efficiently, and courteously. Follow up and follow through.Ambassador of Aman New York in providing genuine care to guests and team members.
