The main objective of this role is to ensure our VIP guests have a smooth arrival experience, a highly connected and engaged stay, and an ongoing relationship with our brand and our team. The Concierge team is expected to go above and beyond for our guests by utilizing their resources and knowledge of the local Naples area.
