Job Description
We are looking for a Computer Technician I to assemble, integrate, configure, and troubleshoot PC hardware, operating systems, and peripherals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assemble PC electronic components and install circuit boards, disk drives, and other hardware.
- Configure PC hardware, operating systems, and peripheral devices.
- Troubleshoot hardware issues, diagnose equipment failures, and perform necessary repairs.
- Identify defective parts and document replacements, shipping, and build process updates.
- Follow established procedures and contribute to process improvements.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent is mandatory.
- Must have a completed High School Diploma or valid completion certificate.
- Candidates currently enrolled in school or with incomplete education are NOT eligible.
- Enrollment verification will NOT be accepted as a substitute for a completed diploma.
- Basic PC hardware and troubleshooting knowledge.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
- A+ certification may be required by the specific department.
- Overtime may be required based on business needs.
