Role Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze complex computer systems and business processes to identify improvement and innovation opportunities.
• Gather, document, and validate stakeholder requirements to support project objectives.
• Create detailed business process models using industry-standard methodologies.
• Use SQL to extract, analyze, and interpret data for process optimization and issue resolution.
• Diagnose technical challenges and recommend actionable solutions for ongoing platform development.
• Collaborate remotely with project managers, developers, and other professionals to maintain deliverable quality and alignment with customer needs.
• Contribute domain expertise to the design and validation of AI training data and scenarios.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of experience as a Computer Systems Analyst or in a closely related technical consulting role.
• Expertise in systems analysis, requirements gathering, and business process modeling, including BPMN or UML.
• Advanced SQL proficiency for data analysis, reporting, and troubleshooting.
• Ability to translate complex business requirements into technical specifications and actionable insights.
• Proven success collaborating on remote projects.
• Strong problem-solving skills and close attention to detail.
• Experience with technology-driven transformation or AI-related initiatives is a plus.

Work Terms

• Remote, US-based contract engagement.

Compensation

• $60 to $120 per hour.
