Computer Systems Analyst IV supporting Florida's PALM Project, a statewide enterprise resource planning initiative to replace legacy accounting, payroll, and financial systems. The role involves data analysis, financial reporting, and technical support for the Financials, Payroll, and Data Warehouse implementation scheduled for January 2027 go-live in Tallahassee.
Key qualifications:
- Four years of relevant experience in accounting, finance, IT, MIS, or computer science (or post-secondary degree as substitute)
- Three years of experience in auditing, accounting, financial reporting, or technical work (requirements gathering, data analysis, development, testing, implementation)
- Knowledge of data modeling, integration architectures, and COTS solutions
- Ability to translate technical concepts to business audiences and analyze user requirements
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and Visio software
- 100% onsite presence required at Tallahassee project office
