Location: Fully Remote (USA – ET or PT working hours)
Commitment: 10–40 hours/week
Role Responsibilities
- Build and enhance AI-powered interviewing systems
- Contribute across frontend (React) and backend services
- Integrate modern AI technologies (GPT-4o and similar) into production environments
- Improve interview automation, scheduling, and candidate experiences
- Collaborate with Product Managers, Designers, Data Scientists, and AI/ML teams to ship products end-to-end from ideation through launch
- Support large-scale hiring infrastructure handling high volumes of interviews annually
Requirements
- Experience building scalable engineering systems
- Experience working with frontend technologies such as React
- Experience working with backend services
- Experience integrating AI technologies into production environments
- Ability to collaborate cross-functionally in product-driven environments
