Position: Computer Science Expert (PhD)

Type: Hourly Contract

Compensation: $90–$110/hour

Location: Remote

Duration: 1–2 months

Commitment: 15–20 hrs/week (scalable up to 40 hrs/week)

Role Responsibilities (Training support will be provided)

• Design and develop challenging computer science problems to test and refine AI model reasoning.
• Create high-quality solutions, algorithms, and problem statements across core computer science domains.
• Develop evaluation rubrics to measure correctness, efficiency, and clarity of AI-generated outputs.
• Provide structured feedback on AI model performance in algorithms, systems, and theoretical CS concepts.
• Collaborate asynchronously with AI research teams to improve model accuracy, reliability, and domain coverage.
• Document methodologies while maintaining academic and professional standards in computer science.

Requirements / Ideal Qualifications

• Strong expertise in one or more domains: algorithms, systems, machine learning, programming languages, theory of computation, or data structures.
• High attention to detail with proven ability to design and validate problem sets.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent proficiency in English for technical articulation.
• Ability to work independently in a remote, asynchronous environment.
• Access to a desktop or laptop computer (Chromebooks not supported).
