This is a short-term contract, with potential for renewal.Locations: Remote Cleveland, OH Indianapolis, IN Clearance Unspecified Polygraph not specified Career Level not specified $80,000 - $100,000The primary purpose of this requirement is to obtain information and technology (I&T) support for the DRAS located at the Defense Finance and Accounting Service (DFAS), Cleveland, OH, Bratenahl, OH, and Indianapolis, IN. Support shall include full life cycle support in the maintenance of DRAS. This includes but is not limited to the implementation of operational efficiencies to existing DRAS capabilities.The contractor shall provide all necessary personnel, management, materials, administrative and technical services required to meet the requirements and/or tasks outlined in this PWS. The software and non-software support services to be acquired fall within the general areas of:Program ManagementRequirements Analysis (Functional Analysis Support)Software Development and Unit TestingPerform Code TurnoverPerform Issue Research and ResolutionThe contractor performing these tasks will be part of a team responsible for the technical support and administration of DRAS. The contractor will be involved in system development and maintenance, which includes: requirements gathering, system analysis and design, documentation, coding, testing, implementation, monitoring production performance and production jobs, researching and resolving production problems, assisting end users to resolve issues.
