Dependable Entry-Level It ProfessionalWe're supporting a local government IT team in Trenton and looking for a couple of dependable, entry-level IT professionals to step in and help keep day-to-day operations running smoothly. This is a great opportunity for someone early in their IT career who wants steady work, hands-on experience, and exposure to a structured environment.What you'll be doing:Provide basic desktop support for hardware and software issuesAssist with installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting workstations and applicationsSupport printer setup and troubleshootingEnter and maintain data in internal systems and databasesAnswer phones, respond to requests, and route issues to the right team membersProvide friendly, professional support to internal staffHelp keep work areas and equipment organizedAssist with general administrative and IT support tasks as neededWhat we're looking for:Some hands-on experience with desktop support or IT help desk workBasic understanding of Windows environments and common applicationsComfortable troubleshooting PCs, printers, and standard office techStrong communication skills and a customer-first mindsetReliable, organized, and able to follow direction in a structured environmentWillingness to learn and take on a variety of tasksSchedule:Monday through Friday8:30 AM to 4:30 PMOccasional after-hours or weekend work may come up for special projectsAssignment details:Onsite in Trenton, NJProject-based work with expected assignments ranging from 3 to 6 months, with potential to extend up to 12 monthsOpportunity to gain solid experience in a government IT environment
