Job TitleComputer OperatorJob DescriptionWe are seeking a Computer Operator to join our team supporting DLA Enterprise Service Delivery in New Cumberland, PA.ResponsibilitiesResponsibilities include:Assisting in performing technical operation and testing of various types of fully integrated computer-based systems in a supervised setting.Efficiently managing and prioritizing a workload of assigned tickets.Communicating effectively with peers and leadership in a team-focused environment.Seamlessly transitioning from daily operations to project actions, and vice-versa.Receiving and accurately following guidance and SOP's provided by contract and government leadership.Adapting to new situations and policies in the ever-developing technical world.Operating a wide variety of system components to include hardware, software, and mass storage technology.Operating, under supervision, communications-computer systems, and installing, implementing, maintaining and tuning operating systems, disk and tape management systems, and computer operations automation software.Requires local travel using personal vehicle, company van, cart or other motorized vehicle.Required QualificationsRequired qualifications include:One (1) year of relevant experience.Active Secret clearance with IT-II sensitivity.One of the following active IAT II or III certifications:Security+ CECASP+ CECCNA SecurityCySA+GICSPGSECSSCPCCNP SecurityCISACISSP (or Associate)GCEDGCIHDLA CE Cert IA Role/Function: Help Desk Tier II & III - may be obtained on day 1.Must have the following: valid state driver's license, personal vehicle and proof of insurance.Work Environment and Physical DemandsWork environment and physical demands include:Location: New Cumberland, PAType of environment: OfficeNoise level: MediumWork schedule: Schedule is 2nd shift Tuesday – Saturday, EST.
