Job Code: IT Computer operator is the person responsible for monitoring and controlling company's worldwide organization projects and priorities, load adjustments as required per projects and batch balancing on all systems, Omega OCM / Cloud software and all computer systems in our company worldwide organization and all other in-house peripheral/software components, and interact with internal and external customers, vendors and support teams, monitor, identify, engage and resolve system alerts, support calls from internal and global omega users.Essential Responsibilities and DutiesHighly proficient with commands, programs, scripts, advanced knowledge of Linux and Windows operating systems.
