We are working with a growing manufacturing client in Upstate NY/Broome County NY, They are looking for a Manufacturing Engineer or CNC Programmer

Qualifications:
- Hands-on experience programming with ESPRIT CAM software
- Experience designing work-holding fixtures and cutting tools to support machining operations
- Reading and interpreting engineering drawings with Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing per ASME Y14.5
- Experience creating detailed setup sheets for machine operators
- G-code and M-code for milling and/or turning operations
- Experience with 3-axis, 4-axis, and 5-axis machining strategies
- Experience with CAD tools (Creo)
- Ideal experiemce with AS9100 or ISO 9001certified manufacturing environment
Responsibilities
- Post-process CNC programs
- Design fixtures and work-holding solutions
- Select and specify cutting tools, holders, and tooling assemblies

- Produce tool lists, offsets, datum references, clamping diagrams, and first-piece inspection checkpoints
- Implement opportunities for cycle time reduction, tool life improvement, and process standardization
