Computer Hardware Technician(6am-2:30pm) 1st shift

Hardware TechnicianThe Hardware Technician will be responsible for working with a variety of different technology that comes through our warehouse. The PC Bench tech will troubleshoot and repair computers, laptops and various other technology that come through our warehouse.Compensation and Schedule:$18/hrMonday-Friday plus OT6am-2:30pmMinimum QualificationsEducation: HS Diploma or GED required.Experience: Basic understanding of computer components required; Professional experience troubleshooting and repairing computers.Knowledge, Skills, AbilitiesAbility to work in a fast past environment.Ability to work in a team environment to meet requirements for production and quality.Must be able to follow written and verbal instructions.Ability to stay organized and desire to solve problems efficiently.Knowledge of electronic parts understanding and sourcingKnowledge of All-In One computers helpfulAbility to lift up to 50 Ibs.Essential Duties & ResponsibilitiesTesting, updating, troubleshooting, diagnosing, and repairing high volumes of hardware.Removing/adding RAMTake stock and inventory of hardware and partsNavigate the BIOS on all laptop and desktop computers.Inventory control and quality controlProviding documentationOther duties as assigned.The above duties and responsibilities designated as essential job functions are subject to reasonable accommodation.
