Computed Tomography Technologist

• Provide quality diagnostic imaging for medical interpretation
• Operate CT imaging equipment and post-process images/data
• Handle patients
• Perform venipuncture
• Transport patients
• Use electronic medical records, including EPIC
• Communicate effectively, professionally, and courteously with patients, physicians, clinics, and other hospital services
• Provide call and holiday coverage
• Maintain professional license(s), National Registry, and annual competencies
• Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED PLUS Graduate of an approved Radiology program
• New graduate or less than one (1) year of CT experience
• Registry eligible or Registered by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists
• An Arkansas Radiologic Technologist License must be obtained before the start date
• CT Advanced Certification by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists must be obtained within 12 months of the date of hire
• Ability to Follow Oral Instruction, Read, and Write
• Annual TB Screening, Criminal Background Check, Sex Offender Registry, Substance Abuse Testing
• Required documents: License or Certificate, List of three Professional References, Resume
