- Support 1D and 3D CFD analysis of cooling components and systems.
- Apply strong knowledge of fluid mechanics, thermodynamics, and heat transfer .
- Perform cooling system simulations using ANSYS Fluent, STAR-CCM+, or OpenFOAM .
- Work with GT-SUITE for 1D thermal-fluid analysis.
- Develop and evaluate meshes using ANSA, ANSYS Workbench, or SpaceClaim .
- Use Creo or similar CAD tools for engineering analysis.
- Apply programming skills in Python, C++, or Java .
- Support analysis of diesel engines, powertrain cooling, and electrification systems .
- Support product development through thermal and cooling system performance analysis.
- Analyze results, identify issues, and recommend engineering solutions.
- Manage multiple projects and priorities while meeting deadlines.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Agricultural, Aerospace Engineering, or related field .
- 1+ years of relevant engineering experience, preferably in cooling system performance and CFD/1D simulation .
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Knowledge of machines, engines, battery/electric systems , or related product development processes.
