Comptroller, MLTCA Managed Long-Term Care (MLTC) organization is seeking a detail-driven Comptroller to own the accounting and financial reporting function reporting directly to the CFO. This role goes beyond the books — you'll manage everything from AR/AP and monthly reconciliations to Medicaid member billing, claims oversight, and regulatory filings. Actual figures monthly to the CFOPrepare and submit monthly Revenue & Expense reports to the CFOManage depreciation, prepaid, and accrual schedulesHandle end-of-year closing of the booksAccounts, Reconciliations & PaymentsManage AR/AP agingRecord and enter all AP invoices and process payments upon approvalPerform monthly bank and credit card reconciliationsReview the monthly checklist of standard recurring expensesReconcile the monthly revenue rosterClaims & Medicaid BillingOversee the Claims and Authorization DepartmentReview claims payments processed in QNXT and record them in FundEZEnter all remittances in FundEZReconcile and track member enrollment listsManage Medicaid Member Billing, including remittance posting and rate settings trackingImport paid/denied remittances from Medicaid into internal softwareCompliance & RegulatoryCreate and submit MMCOR reports to DOH on a quarterly basisPrepare regulatory filings and audit documentation for reviewParticipate in mandatory meetings as neededPerform other duties as assigned by the CFO and/or CEOQualificationsHigh school diploma, or graduate of a business school in accountingMinimum 2 years of bookkeeping experienceExperience in healthcare/managed careInterested?
