Comprehensive Otolaryngologist

The University of Rochester Medical Center (URMC) is seeking a Comprehensive Otolaryngologist to provide broad otolaryngology care at its Otolaryngology Clinic and Strong Memorial Hospital. • Provide broad otolaryngology care at Otolaryngology Clinic and Strong Memorial Hospital.
• Supported by a collaborative team of specialists and a robust referral network across the greater Rochester region.
• Practice provides opportunity for subspecialty focus areas such as airway reconstruction, hearing and cochlear implants, or sinonasal disorders.
• Clinical staffing model provides administrative and clinical support including advanced practice providers and dedicated nursing staff.

Responsibilities

• Provide broad otolaryngology care.
• Engage in teaching.
• Engage in research.
• Engage in quality improvement initiatives.
• Resident teaching is expected.
• Scholarly activities strongly encouraged.

Compensation

• Expected salary range: $270,000 - $500,000.
• Individual salaries will be determined within the job's salary range and established based on (but not limited to) market data, experience and expertise of the individual, and with consideration to related position salaries.
• Alignment of clinical incentive-based compensation may also be applicable and will be discussed during the hiring process.

Qualifications

• MD or DO with board certification or eligibility in Otolaryngology-Head and Neck Surgery.
