We're looking for an experienced, hands-on Compound Department Supervisor to lead our chemical mixing/blending, filtration, bulk filling, and inventory ordering operations. This is a great opportunity for a hands-on leader who wants ownership over a critical production department, with the ability to drive real improvements in quality, cost, and efficiency.
