Job TitlePrepare and compound sterile medications in accordance with established safety guidelines and regulatory standardsMaintain proficiency in aseptic technique and continuously ensure compliance with sterile compounding practicesSupport inventory management by assisting with ordering, receiving, and maintaining medications and suppliesIdentify and help resolve issues related to compounding equipment, systems, or processesComplete routine cleaning, environmental monitoring, and documentation to maintain a compliant sterile environmentCollaborate with the team to prioritize and respond to compounding requests in a timely mannerStay up to date on training and best practices related to sterile compounding through ongoing education and hands-on practiceRequirements and QualificationsCertification: Active state pharmacy technician license and national certification (PTCB or ExCPT).Experience: Prior background in sterile compounding, hospital settings, or infusion pharmacy operations.Physical Needs: Ability to stand for long shifts (up to 8 hours) and lift moderate supply weights up to 30 pounds.This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Cincinnati, OH.The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $26.00/hr.Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
