Hims & Hers is seeking a Compounding Lab Manager to oversee daily operations in our pharmaceutical compounding labs. Reporting to Head Compounding Pharmacist, you will scale up capabilities and ensure patient safety and regulatory compliance while dispensing medications per federal and state laws.
You will manage compounding technicians, train staff on equipment and SOPs, collaborate with Quality Ops and PIC, and maintain documentation, environmental controls, and equipment calibration.
