What You'll Do

As a Composite Technician, you'll play a critical role in the production and restoration of composite structures. Your work will directly contribute to the quality, performance, and reliability of industry-leading products.

Key Responsibilities

  Perform teardown, cleaning, repair, assembly, and final closeout of composite components.

• n

  Work with advanced composite materials, including Fiberglass, Carbon Fiber, and Kevlar .

• n

  Collaborate with team leads to coordinate schedules, priorities, and resource needs.

  n
n
• n

  Utilize hand tools, measuring equipment, and composite layup techniques with precision.

  n
n
• n

  Prepare surfaces for finishing through paint prep and priming processes .

  n
n
• n

  Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment.

  n
n
• n

  Follow quality standards, work instructions, and safety procedures at all times.

What We're Looking For

Required Qualifications

• n

  Minimum 1 year of experience working with composite materials such as Fiberglass, Carbon Fiber, or Kevlar.

  n

• n

  Experience using hand tools, measuring instruments, and composite fabrication or repair techniques.

  n
n
• n

  Strong attention to detail and ability to follow detailed work instructions.

  n
n
• n

  Knowledge of paint preparation and priming methods.

  n
n
• n

  Ability to lift up to 70 lbs and stand or walk for extended periods throughout the shift.

  n
n
• n

  Commitment to safety, quality, and teamwork.

  n
n

Preferred Qualifications

• n

  Experience measuring and mixing curing chemicals.

  n
n
• n

  Background in aerospace, automotive, motorsports, marine, or other high-performance composite applications .

  n
n
• n

  Familiarity with composite repair processes and quality inspection techniques.

  n
n

Work Environment

  Fast-paced manufacturing environment with moderate physical activity.

  Occasional exposure to dust, fumes, and noise.

• n

  Proper PPE and safety equipment provided.

• n

  Consistent AWS 4x10 schedule: Monday–Thursday, 5:00 AM – 3:30 PM , giving you a three-day weekend every week.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Stockton, CA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $25.00/hr.
