Join us in our mission to revolutionize transportation, strengthen energy infrastructure, and drive global sustainability through material innovation and manufacturing excellence.Responsibilities:Operate and maintain equipment used in composite manufacturing at Gencores with Gencores novel materials (e.g., mold prep, resin infusion, foam manufacturing, curing, cutting, etc.)Prepare molds, tools, and layup materialsMix and handle reactive resin and foam systems safelyExecute production and test runs and document process parametersConduct mechanical testing and quality checks on partsAssist with R&D and process optimization projectsMaintain clean and organized work areas and lab documentationRequired Qualifications1–3 years of experience in composite fabrication, aerospace manufacturing, or related hands-on technical workExperience with prepreg, VARTM, RTM, or compression moldingFamiliarity with resin systems (epoxy, polyurethane, etc.) and composite layup techniquesAbility to follow technical procedures and maintain detailed recordsComfortable working in a lab/shop environment with chemicals and machineryStrong work ethic, dependability, and eagerness to learnExperience with CNC, machining, or 3D printing skills are a plusCompany CultureGencores offers a unique opportunity to join a dynamic community of exceptional scientists and engineers who value diverse approaches to critical thinking and leadership.
