Focused on ensuring regulatory compliance, the full-time Compliance Specialist 503A & 503B will manage compliance audits, develop and implement policies, and maintain documentation for 503A and 503B pharmacies in an onsite role. Key responsibilities Manage and conduct compliance audits for 503A and 503B operations Develop, implement, and update compliance policies and procedures Maintain accurate documentation and records to support regulatory requirements Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as pharmacy or life sciences Experience in compliance within a pharmacy or healthcare setting Knowledge of FDA regulations and guidelines related to 503A and 503B Certification in compliance or related field is preferred Strong understanding of quality assurance processes and standards
