Compliance Reporting Specialist

To support compliance initiatives, the full-time hourly Compliance Reporting Specialist I will manage the sorting, processing, and distribution of data from alcohol monitoring devices while ensuring adherence to jurisdictional requirements in a remote work environment. Key responsibilities Understand and facilitate the collection and distribution of client data to respond accurately to Monitoring Authority inquiries Maintain client files in various databases, ensuring data integrity and compliance with jurisdictional requirements Ensure timely submission of photo reviews and document scanning while managing correspondence and meeting deadlines Required qualifications High school diploma or equivalent Customer service experience preferred but not required (0-1+ years) Proficiency with basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office, and a willingness to learn proprietary systems Strong attention to detail Competent oral and written communication skills
