Compliance Project Manager

Leading enterprise-wide compliance projects, the full-time Project Manager, Compliance will manage sustainability and energy certifications across data center operations while working remotely from Texas. Key responsibilities: Lead end-to-end project plans for sustainability and energy compliance initiatives, ensuring timely certification outcomes Build and maintain integrated schedules for evidence collection, internal readiness reviews, and external audits Serve as the primary operational contact for External Audit teams, coordinating site access and managing documentation requests Required qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Compliance, Operations, Engineering, Environmental/Energy Management, Business, or equivalent experience 3 or more years of experience as a Project Manager leading operational projects end-to-end 3 or more years as a Compliance Analyst or in a related compliance/internal-controls/audit-support role Experience working with third-party auditors or certification bodies, including evidence requests and remediation tracking Working knowledge of energy or environmental management certification frameworks relevant to data centers (e.g., ISO 27001, ISO 14001)
