Sr. Compliance OfficerDuration: 12+ months (possible extension) Location: Pittsburgh, PA 15258 Onsite role (4 days a week)Responsibilities:Experience translating contractual and regulatory requirements into operational controlsManaging audit ready evidence, and partnering with business, legal, and risk teams to ensure sustained compliance without slowing delivery.Monitor and implement compliance with federal laws, regulations, and standardsDraft, implement, and maintain internal policies, procedures, and documentation to align with federal requirements.Contract Interpretation & OversightService level obligationsData protection and confidentiality clausesAudit rightsRegulatory flow downsTranslate contract language into operational compliance requirementsFlow Down & Third Party ComplianceEnsure contractual obligations are flowed down to: Vendors, Subcontractors, PartnersMonitor and evidence compliance with those obligations over timeEvidence & DocumentationBuild and maintain audit ready evidence supporting contractual compliance, regulatory requirements, and control executionEducation/Experience:Must have 5-7 years of experienceBachelor's degreeProven experience in risk management, compliance, or security, particularly within government contracting or financial industry.Working on federal security and compliance (e.g. NIST & FedRAMP)
