We are partnering with an established precision manufacturing company in Lehigh County, PA to hire a Compliance Manager. This is a newly created role to support growth.
This is a hands-on individual contributor role reporting to senior site leadership. You will own the quality management system first and environmental, health, and safety compliance second.
Pay: $75,000 to $110,000 base plus bonus. On-site. Relocation negotiable for the right candidate.
What you'll do
- Maintain and improve the QMS to IATF 16949, ISO 9001, and customer requirements
- Lead internal, customer, and third-party audits and drive corrective actions
- Manage document control and support the use of APQP, PPAP, FMEA, SPC, and MSA
- Manage the ISO 14001 environmental system, permits, waste, and stormwater compliance
- Ensure OSHA compliance, including LOTO, hazard communication, machine guarding, and PPE
- Track regulatory requirements and report compliance risk to leadership
What you bring
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Occupational Safety, Environmental Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5 to 8 years in compliance, quality, safety, or manufacturing systems
- Working knowledge of IATF 16949, ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and OSHA
- Experience with Automotive Core Tools and strong auditing skills
- Machining or automotive manufacturing background
- Preferred: IATF or ISO Lead Auditor, OSHA 30, CSP, or CHMM
