They're hiring the first Compliance Lead to build the compliance function from the ground up. This is a high-visibility, high-impact role where you’ll work directly with some of the largest regulated customers in the world (including major banks), guiding them through compliance reviews and ensuring confidence in partnership.

- Have 8+ years of experience in compliance, ideally within banking or financial institutions
