Compliance Lead, Testing (Fully Remote)

About the Role: This Compliance Lead will administer the Compliance Testing Program, completing reviews to ensure regulatory compliance. You'll work cross-functionally with Legal, Operations, Product, and Engineering to resolve issues and strengthen controls. What You'll Do: Perform ongoing compliance testing and reporting on adherence to federal and state regulatory requirements. Partner with management to identify process improvements and coordinate the compliance risk assessment and control inventory. What We Look For: 5+ years of experience in Compliance Testing or Audit, with knowledge of applicable financial services regulations. Strong communication, project management, and analytical skills with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
