Compliance Lead (Fully Remote)

This is a fully remote, senior compliance position based in Canada, reporting to the Canada entity Board of Directors and the Global Head of Compliance. You are the most senior compliance voice in the country, owning the AML programme end to end. What You'll Own: Maintain the Canada AML compliance programme aligned with global policy, FINTRAC requirements, and provincial regulations. Develop the RPAA programme from the ground up and champion implementation across the business. Hold the FINTRAC relationship, manage MSB registration renewals, and lead all regulatory or independent AML audits. Your Experience: At least 3 years in a senior or management compliance role at a Canada-based fintech or financial institution. Direct hands-on experience with FINTRAC, including regulatory communications and MSB registration. Deep knowledge of Canadian federal AML obligations under PCMLTFA and familiarity with the RPAA.
